Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)/Student Services Rulemaking

The Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) has released its Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), also known as Student Services. The DOR invites stakeholders and members of the public to submit public comment on the proposed regulations in writing during the public comment period from June 7, 2024, to July 23, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. or at the public hearing scheduled at 10:00 a.m. on July 23, 2024, via Zoom.
