Business Enterprise Program

DOR recognizes this commitment enhances California's local economy and also enriches our experience as a result of doing business with a wide range of vendors. The foundation of our program consists of internal and external deliverables to help ensure program success for all DOR's stakeholders. To enhance SB DVBE program opportunities the Department has developed an interactive program for prime and small, micro and DVBE businesses alike. DOR strives to achieve both small and DVBE business program mandates through continued training, education, and outreach programs within DOR and in the prime and small and DVBE business communities.

We aim to help the small business or DVBE business owner by providing various links, resources and web tools to help increase your business visibility and opportunity for achieving successful competition for our services, IT goods/services, and commodities. Your firm must be CA certified SB/MB/DVBE firm. If not, please review Additional Small Business Resources on how to get certified.

Doing Business with DOR

DOR spends nearly $400 million dollars annually to purchase goods and services for commodities, personal services, and IT goods and services and construction services. The DOR's Sacramento Headquarters office and 15 district offices statewide including satellite offices each have various services and commodities requirements.
