Hello, my name is Martha. I am a Student Services Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at the Department of Rehabilitation. I work primarily with high school & community college students with disabilities ages 16 to 21 - and recently became the liaison for the Transition Partnership Program for the Gilroy Unified School District. Interesting fact: I just completed a special assignment as a Case Investigator with the California Department of Public Health.
